Members should collect their membership cards in person from The Carlisle Hotel & Distillery with proof of identity. Please allow 7 days before collection.
Users of the Carlisle Hotel App will receive confirmation of their registration and their loyalty card number at the email address above. Simply enter the card number into the App when asked.
